Each person has individual equirements/needs. Clients should always enjoy exercising, as this can dictate adherence. The program should depend on the client's individual health status, time availability, and personal goals. This type of training is appropriate for the client who prefers individual attention.
Group training is when I service two or more clients during the same session. For the client, benefits include a lower cost per session and social support during exercise from other classmates.
I felt overwhelmed and intimidated when I needed to start using a walker. Therefore, the first time in a gym I was unaware of how exercise would help me. As an individual, I've learned to create my own path in life and you can too. Because I have a disability, I know first hand how important positive encouragement can be. As a personal trainer with a disability, I have experienced the wonderful benefits that exercise has provided me. I, in turn, will provide you with the exercise knowledge and experience so that you can walk into your gym with confidence. No more anxiety, no more lack of self-confidence, and most importantly NO MORE EXCUSES. Exercise has increased my endurance, lowered my cholesterol, strengthened my body, and helped me to improve my overall well-being. Please feel free to view my website and reach out to me at any time.
