A HEALTHY FINISH!!

I recently trained a client who was on her way home to juice kale, carrots, pears, and an apple after her workout. I can't say I didn't belive her, but she sent me this pic. I'm so proud of her for realizing that exercise and healthy food choices work hand-in-hand in achieving optimal fitness results.
